Shipping Policy
PROCESSING TIME
We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday. We aim to pick and pack each order within 5 business days after you place your order.
Kindly note that wigs take 17 days to be processed and shipped, as they will be shipped from Lagos, Nigeria.
SHIPPING TO A THIRD PARTY
We accept orders with a billing address different from the shipping address, as long as the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement. Note, however, that Ifebob reserves the right to choose not to process and ship any order at our discretion, with the assurance of a full refund.

Orders shipped to USA can be expected within 5-8 business days. For quicker delivery, expedited shipping is available. Ifebob is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including a shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures, violence or acts of nature.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ifebob will not be responsible for these charges. If applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.
OUT OF STOCK
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within two business days. Please make sure to add us to your address book so you can receive a confirmation email (info.ifebob@gmail.com).
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
REFUSED PACKAGES
A $10 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery Fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
